Bet 4 Terms & Conditions — Read and Understand in Full

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Bet 4 platform ("we", "us", or "Bet 4") and the user ("you", "member", or "player"). By using any of Bet 4's services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the English version shall prevail. However, the Bengali translation is kept up to date for the convenience of players in Bangladesh.

To open an account with Bet 4, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. Accounts created without satisfying these requirements may be closed at any time, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to participate on Bet 4. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any time thereafter. Accepted documents include a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one Bet 4 account. If the same person or members of the same household open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

• Multiple accounts from the same mobile number are not permitted
• Multiple accounts from the same device are prohibited
• Multiple accounts from the same bKash/Nagad number are not permitted
• If a duplicate account is detected, both accounts will be suspended

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information will be treated as fraud and will result in account termination. If you need to update any details, please contact our support team.

All financial transactions on Bet 4 are governed by our designated rules. In any payment-related dispute, Bet 4's decision shall be considered final.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳2,00,000 (two lakh BDT)
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are typically processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes
• Deposit fee: Zero (Bet 4 charges no deposit fees)

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT)
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT)
• Standard processing time: 5 minutes to 3 business days
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit

3.3 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more. The following documents are required:

1. Photos of both sides of the National ID card
2. Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
3. Proof of payment method ownership

Bet 4 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these general terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Wagering Requirement: 5x the total bonus amount
• Wagering must be completed before withdrawals can be made
• Sports Betting: bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.80
• Casino games: not all games may count toward wagering requirements
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the Bet 4 bonus system is strictly prohibited. If any of the following activities are detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account suspended:

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
• Placing artificial bets to claim bonuses
• Claiming multiple bonuses under family members' names
• Coordinating with others to collectively meet bonus requirements

All betting activity on Bet 4 is governed by the rules below. Please familiarize yourself with these rules before placing any bets.

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. A bet is considered valid upon receipt of system confirmation. If your internet connection drops, check the system for the status of your bet.

5.2 Odds Changes

Bet 4 reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, any odds change after a bet has been confirmed will not apply to that bet.

5.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled
• If a postponed match does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be void
• If a match is suspended due to a natural disaster, partial results may apply
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the remaining selections remain valid

5.4 Technical Issues

If a system error on Bet 4 results in incorrect odds being displayed or an incorrect outcome being shown, Bet 4 reserves the right to correct or void the affected bet. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.

Fair play is every player's responsibility on Bet 4. Any fraudulent or dishonest activity, once detected, will be dealt with strictly.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Betting using information related to match fixing or spot fixing
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Claiming bonus offers through multiple accounts
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of Bet 4's systems

6.2 Account Security

Keep your username and password confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity resulting from sharing your login credentials. Report any suspicious activity to us immediately.

Bet 4 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We want every player to enjoy a safe and fun gaming experience.

7.1 Limit-Setting Tools

Players may set the following limits to help manage their activity safely:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly deposit limits

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Any player may voluntarily self-exclude their account for a period ranging from 7 days to permanently. During a self-exclusion period, no promotional communications will be sent from Bet 4.

7.3 Protection of Minors

9.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please email support@bet4.click first. We will respond within 5 business days of receiving your complaint. If the matter remains unresolved, you may refer it to an independent dispute resolution body.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming law. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the designated court of jurisdiction.
